I would like to thank you for the thorough Audience Development Research and Plan. I found the report very stimulating and exciting for the potential it opens up for West Space. You have picked up on many of the organisation's weaknesses in areas of marketing promotion, publicity and PR. While at the same time providing some sensible and practical strategies to address these weaknesses. ... Some things will be addressed immediately, others will be dependent on acquiring more and/or specialised resources.

This review relates specifically to the 2,000 photographs, drawings, antiquarian publications, watercolours, prints and artists books.
